The Historic Magnolia Ballroom has hosted over 100 years of Houston memories, and you could be part of that legendary record. From wedding ceremonies on our beautiful covered balcony overlooking Buffalo Bayou Park, to receptions and parties in the Grand Ballroom - whatever the occasion, we invite you to create more wonderful Houston history with us at the Magnolia Ballroom.
Included in your rental you will receive the following services:
- Space for up to 225 guests for a cocktail style reception, and up to 180 guests seated throughout the venue for a seated reception.
- Use of the facility for up to 9 hours, including 4 hours for set up, 1 hour for breakdown, and up to 5 hours for event execution.
- Access to not only the Magnolia Ballroom and Bayou Balcony, but the Gallery Room and Private Dressing room for your entire event.
- Use of the venue's gold chiviari chairs with brown cushions, as well as our 60 inch rounds, bar high tables, and service tables of various sizes.
In addition to our Ballroom and Balcony rentals, couples will receive their own personal Venue Coordinator to ensure that their special day is seamless. Day of coordination is also available, and a member of our event team will be scheduled during your event to assist with any event needs you may have! As we are located in Downtown Houston, street parking as well as garage rentals and valet options are available, so please be sure to inquire with our Venue staff. We look forward to working with you!
